We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or any other content on this site are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in error. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped Monday–Friday. Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 on orders under $200, and free on orders of $200 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@foreignhairext.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund — your choice.
