Refund policy

Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, worn, colored, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@foreignhairext.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund — your choice.
