Orders ship within 5–7 business days and arrive within about 2 weeks.

What's your return policy?
All sales are final for hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective, or wrong items? Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund.

Can I bleach or dye it?
Yes — it takes color beautifully. We recommend a professional stylist.

How many bundles do I need?
2–3 bundles for lengths up to 22", 3–4 for longer lengths.
